casey stratton
Casey Stratton is a queer, neurodivergent Gen X singer-songwriter with over 30 years of experience navigating both the major-label music industry and an independent, artist-led path. Shaped by a generation that learned to endure before it learned to name, his work is rooted in sensitivity, pattern, memory, and survival—and in the long process of integrating those truths over time.
Formerly signed to Sony Classical and Rondor Music Publishing, Casey released the album *Standing at the Edge* in 2004, which received recognition from *Billboard*, *People*, and *USA Today*. His song *House of Jupiter* reached #1 on the Billboard Dance/Club Play Chart and remained there for 20 weeks. After leaving Sony in 2005, he founded his own label and began releasing music directly to listeners, choosing autonomy and sustainability over scale.
With an extensive catalog of albums, EPs, and archival releases—including *The Turbulent Sea* (2017)—Casey’s focus has shifted away from industry metrics and toward longevity, nervous-system awareness, and meaningful connection. His work now lives in quieter spaces: places where queerness, neurodivergence, and generational context are not footnotes, but foundations.
